So — I wouldn’t normally call myself a big meal prepper, but I do really want to get better at it. Because honestly? Every time I’ve prepped in the past, I’ve been so grateful for it. On busy or stressful days, it takes one decision off my plate (literally) and saves so much time and mental energy. Plus, it’s way easier to eat healthier when you already have balanced meals and snacks ready to go.
