I believe in intuitive eating, moving in ways that feel good (whether it’s a run, Pilates, or just a walk), and letting go of the pressure to look or live a certain way. Wellness should feel sustainable, not stressful.

Food has always been a big part of my life. I grew up in Germany cooking Polish dishes with my mom, and now creating nourishing meals is something I genuinely love. It’s not about “perfect eating”—it’s about food that supports how you want to feel.
