Ok, I’m going to be honest here: I’ve never been a huge Caesar salad girl. They always felt a little…boring? But then I tried turning it into a wrap with crispy tofu and a creamy dressing and everything changed. It’s one of those meals that feels a little fancy but is honestly super easy to pull together. Plus, it’s high-protein, customizable, and ideal for those days when you want real food but don’t want to spend an hour in the kitchen.
I made this once and immediately added it to my go-to lunch and dinner rotation. It's that good. Whether you're vegan-ish, plant-curious, or just want a break from chicken wraps—this one's for you.

Wrap too full? Slice it in half and enjoy the mess. Worth it.
Meal prep tip: Make extra tofu + dressing and keep in separate containers for quick wraps all week.
Substitution Ideas
No tofu? Use crispy chickpeas or tempeh.
Dairy-free? Use plant-based yogurt and vegan cheese.
No capers? A splash of soy sauce or a tiny bit of miso works.
No tahini? Olive oil or cashew butter adds creaminess.
