Tips & Substitutions:
Sweeten it your way – If you like things a bit sweeter, add extra maple syrup or honey.
Too thick? Add more milk to reach your preferred smoothie consistency.
Make it vegan – Simply swap the whey protein for a plant-based option like pea or hemp protein.
Boost the nutrition – Add a tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds for extra fiber and omega-3s. You can also throw in a handful of spinach for a veggie boost—you won’t taste it!
Milk – You can use almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk, or regular dairy, depending on what you prefer.
Protein powder – If you don’t have cinnamon roll-flavored protein, vanilla works great too. You could even try a plant-based protein powder if that’s your thing.
