My Current Favorite Combo
This one’s creamy, fruity, and has the perfect balance of sweetness and crunch. I use either quark or Greek yogurt (depending on what’s in the fridge), mix in a scoop of vanilla protein powder, and top it with banana, strawberries, granola, and dried raspberries. It’s so good!!
Prep Time: 5 minutes I 1 serving
Ingredients
¾ cup quark or Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ banana, sliced
A few fresh strawberries, sliced
2–3 tbsp granola
1 tbsp dried raspberries
Instructions:
Stir the protein powder into your yogurt until smooth.
Add banana and strawberry slices on top.
Sprinkle on granola and dried raspberries.
That’s it — dig in!
Tips & Notes
If your protein powder makes the yogurt too thick, just add a splash of milk or water to loosen it up.
For extra sweetness, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup goes a long way.
You can layer everything in a jar or container if you want to prep it ahead or take it on the go.
